Luau Camp

ALOHA! COME PUT A LITTLE WIGGLE IN YOUR WALK! Come join the fun! Learn to Hula Dance, make Lei’s, and enjoy snacks. Saturday August 1st 11am-2pm (Rain date Saturday August 8th) At Limington Centre. Early registration is encouraged as this camp is quite popular.  To find out what you need, please call either Vicky or Paul 209-0758 (Vicky) 899-7799 (Paul) In Keeping with the CDC guidelines of social distancing and sanitation, we are holding this camp outside of the studio in the parking lot. Those attending will be required to wear masks and wash hands upon arrival and throughout the camp.

COVID-19 Update

We are joining the rest of the world and closing the CENTER CLASSES in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Somewhere along the way we will reappraise, and adjust accordingly.  If you already paid thru the end of March, not to worry, we will push your credit to the month we reopen.  Meanwhile, be smart, take good care of you and yours, call if you have questions, practice and make up a new dance?   We are also offering online dance classes. Cinderella Cast Party

Saturday March 7th 4:00PM After a show it is tradition to get together snd celebrate our success so…. Saturday 4:00 pm after Saturday classes are done We’ll have a party,  CAST PARTY Everyone who was in the show and all of our wonderful CREW and of course you WONDERFUL FAMILIES ARE INVITED TO JOIN YOU. We’ll start at 4: pm, have some fun, food and celebrate a job well done.

Centre Foot Notes September 2019

Welcome! Summer is almost over, I hope you have enjoyed time away from the school year routine. Summer was lovely, a little quiet but that’s not a bad thing. Tomatoes are starting to ripen and my well has not gone dry this year! Hooray! Monarch Garden: Once again, our milk weed on the front slope and up to the paved lot played host to the Monarch Caterpillars. There is no sign of milk weed plants now; they were very hungry and then the caterpillars did their awesome metamorphosis, became beautiful Monarch butterflies and soon will be on their fantastic journey...

PHOTO SCHEDULE *** IMPORTANT! DATE CHANGE ON PHOTOS We have Recital Photos MOVED TO: SUNDAY JUNE 3 in Limington. Sorry but we have 2 groups of costumes that won’t be in for the 20th. Many families like to have photographs of their dancers in their Recital costumes. We like to put our dancer’s group pictures up at the Centre. You may order photos from our photographer, Scott Rowley. You are not obligated to buy photos, but we hope whether ordering or not, that you will be able to come be photographed with your group(s) so that you are not missing...

We are well into the new year and have some exciting upcoming events to share! Interested in Dance Competition? Centre students 8 years and older may sign-up for competition dance. We still have a few spots open so please call for more information. Empty Bowl Supper We are having another empty bowl supper on March 10th at 5pm. Money raised will go toward rebuilding the Ossipee Trail Arts Center! Winter Update

Now I’ve spent most of the Summer in and out of the hospital, a couple of surgeries one expected and one dreaded and then one surprise surgery. I am recouping well.  Meanwhile, I have been reorganizing the Centre of Movement.  So far, I am liking how it’s shaping up.  We have some new and some old locations and a great staff some new and some old and in spite of a few other surprises … we have started our Fall Schedule.  If you aren’t dancing yet this Fall, it’s probably time to give us a call and get you or...
